As part of the activities related to the investiture event of Mrs. Doris Grinspun as honorary doctorate by the University of Lleida, the Official College of Nurses of the city has promoted a visit to the CREBA. Thus, on February 9, more than 20 nurses saw ours facilities and resources, and could also approach some of the training and research activities that are usually carried out. The potential usefulness of CREBA in the continuing education of Nursing professionals was evident, as well as the opportunity provided by the proximity of these unique facilities.......

There are many injuries that can be closed at first intent. For this reason, it is very important the training of nurses and the correct implementation of this surgical procedure to obtain clinical and aesthetic quality results. This week, on 20th and 21th of June, a course on “Principles of surgical suturing for nurses” has been held in CREBA facilities, under the coordination of Dr. Carmen Mias, surgeon of the Arnau de Vilanova University Hospital.
