CREBA hosts a variety of research projects ranging from the refinement of advanced surgical procedures and devices to the development of new large-animal disease models. We focus primarily, but not exclusively, on pigs.

Given the physical proximity and close collaboration with the Lleida Pig Studies Center (CEP), an institution dedicated to the control of pig breeding, we can easily conduct long-term survival studies in a pig model with high quality standards.
